Project Overview
C H Cole and Sons needed a number of trees removed along the edge of a busy road in Tilbury. The trees had grown too large and were starting to cause problems for the road and the people using it. C H Cole and Sons asked our team to take the trees down safely and tidy the area afterwards.
The Challenge
Because the trees stood right next to a public road, the work had to be done without any risk to drivers or people walking past. Traffic had to keep moving as much as possible while our team worked close to the roadside. We also had to plan the job carefully so that no branches or timber fell where they could cause harm.
Our Approach
Our team set up clear safety measures before any cutting started, so the road and the public stayed protected. We then removed each tree in sections, working from the top down to keep full control of every branch. All of the timber and brush was chipped on site, which left the area clean and easy to use.
The Results
The roadside is now clear, open and safe, with no large or unstable trees left along the edge. The road is easier to see along and much safer for drivers and people on foot. C H Cole and Sons were left with a tidy site and one less worry to manage.
